song 'Warrior Creed'. 20 years later 'Warrior Creed'

drummers, the Fanfarenzug Leipzig. Now the music sounds
even darker. This LP celebrates the return of that classic
song. It features two new interpretations by Apoptose,
both sung by Gary Carey, alongside the original Joy

(Cutty Sark). Many of the tracks here have already
been performed live at recent Naevus festival appearancese.

of rare songs and long deleted vinyl from the inventors
of Alpine Folk music. The CD includes most songs from

and several compilation tracks, as well as one unreleased
song. Originally released in a limited edition of
100 copies in wooden case, this CD is now remastered
and widely expanded. "A Wilde Zeit" drags
You away into the dark forests around the holy mount
Untersberg, with all his fairies and strange creatures.
Many songs tell of Alpine tales and legends from long-forgotten
times. Some songs are martial hymns for mountain trolls,

German ritual drone project Vortex (aka :Golgatha:)
is dedicated to the British art movement of Vorticism
of the early 20th Century (1913-1920). Founded as
an own vision of Futurism by Wyndham Lewis and expressed
in the legendary magazine Blast (1914) Vorticism defined
the artist as someone gaining creative power and inspiration
out of the chaotic vortex of creative energy. The
name was introduced by the Vorticist protagonist Ezra
Pound who also coined the phrase 'phanopoeia': the
idea of creating poetry for all senses. The music
of Vortex pays audiovisual homage to the great Vorticist
art. Psychedelic drones, ritual drums, processed sounds,
glimpses of acoustic harmony, and original sound documents
are blended to grant a holistic sensory experience.
Vortex transcends the limits of dark ambient soundtracks
on a quest for the unknown.

Discs. The personnel at the time was: Douglas P.,
Tony Wakeford and Patrick Leagas. After this record,

now for many, many years. Amongst the tracks on this
record you'll find a lot of classics and a complete
set of brilliant live tracks. Another piece of the
puzzle to fill the gaps in the DIJ back catalogue.

work in itself, but can also be viewed as the first
facet of a tripartite series of works that are part
of one holistic creation - three faces of the same
being. More akin to a primitive field recording
in the realm of oneirotropic exploration, than an
actual album, the work consists of one lengthy tripartite
soundscape. Utilising only gongs, bells, metal bowls
and wind instruments, as well as flocks of birds,
the work is in contrast to earlier more refined
works that feature a wide multiplicity of instruments
and soundsources. "Language of Red Goats"
is a bare, primitive and sometimes raw aural landscape,
and yet nonetheless achieves a rare subliminal intensity
and an edge of otherwordly luminosity.
