Returns
We are happy to accept returns within reason. If you've a good reason for wanting to return the item (faulty, damaged etc), please let us know and we can arrange it with you. We cannot sell used items, so please think carefully before you purchase! If you want to find out more about the item(s) you want to order, we are very happy to answer your questions. We will replace damaged items immediately upon return. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items of clothing. We have happy to provide chest measurements etc on request. |
Registered mail and 'At Risk' Countries...
We offer 2 types of service to our customers who wish to have their mail tracked: "Recorded Delivery" for UK customers: £0.75 GBP CLICK HERE TO ADD REGISTERED MAIL TO YOUR ORDER Due to the large amount of fraud and theft in the some "At Risk" countries, Cold Spring cannot be held responsible for unregistered mail which goes missing / is stolen. We always recommend you pay a little extra to make sure it is "International Signed For" and can therefore can be tracked. This also includes insurance if something does go missing. If you are unsure about the risk in your country, please email us for advice. "At Risk" Countries: Africa - All This is just a guide using our experience. Mail always has a chance of going missing. We always recommend you have your order sent registered if it is over 50 GBP. We include registered mail free for all orders over 100 GBP! |

If there are any titles you know are available, but cannot see listed here, please let us know as we can probably get our hands on it! Please email and ask: info@coldspring.co.uk We also occasionally re-stock sold out titles, so if you missed your chance last time, try us again! You can find our latest re-stock titles at the bottom of our bi-weekly html newsletter. When placing an order with us it would be appreciated if you can list any alternatives. A lot of titles (from smaller labels especially and items in the £5 Meltdown section) are very limited and sometimes we can only obtain small quantities of limited editions. 99.9% of titles are permanently in stock. If there are any titles that you simply must have, but are worried about them being sold out - if you call or email and reserve the title, we will hold the record(s) for 7 days awaiting payment. Lastly, please note that we only stock dark ambient / noise / experimental / death industrial / neoclassical / neofolk etc of the finest quality - we don't just stock any title that is out there, and we turn down a lot of titles we get offered. We feel the titles we stock are the best examples of this music available on the planet today. |
