We are happy to accept returns within reason. If you've a good reason for wanting to return the item, please let us know and we can arrange it with you. We cannot sell used items, so please think carefully before you purchase! If you want to find out more about the item(s) you want to order, we are very happy to answer your questions. We will replace damaged items immediately upon return.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items of clothing. We have happy to provide chest measurements etc on request.

We offer 3 types of service to our customers who wish to have their mail tracked:

"Recorded Delivery" for UK customers: £0.72 GBP
"Special Delivery" for UK customers: £3.50 GBP (next day delivery before midday)
"International Signed For" for Non-UK customers: £3.50 GBP

Due to the large amount of fraud and theft in the some "At Risk" countries, Cold Spring cannot be held responsible for unregistered mail which goes missing / is stolen. We always recommend you pay a little extra to make sure it is "International Signed For" and can therefore can be tracked. This also includes insurance if something does go missing. If you are unsure about the risk in your country, please email us for advice.

This is just a guide using our experience. Mail always has a chance of going missing because some postmen just can't resist stealing CDs. We always recommend you have your order sent registered if it is over 50 GBP.

We include registered mail free for all orders over 100 GBP!
Large orders (over 2KG) are sent by courier for free.

We also occasionally re-stock sold out titles, so if you missed your chance last time, try us again!

When placing an order with us it would be appreciated if you can list any alternatives. A lot of titles (from smaller labels especially) are very limited and sometimes we can only obtain small quantities.

99% of titles are permanently in stock. If there are any titles that you simply must have, but are worried about them being sold out - if you call, fax or email and reserve the title, we will hold the record(s) for 14 days awaiting payment.

Lastly, please note that we only stock dark ambient / noise / experimental / death industrial / neoclassical / neofolk etc of the finest quality - we don't just stock any title that is out there, and we turn down a lot of titles we get offered. We feel the titles we stock are the best examples of this music available on the planet today.
