Originally
released in 2003 by Svartvintras Productions in an
edition of 1000 copies. The legacy that one half of
the project brought from his work with Puissance
was fairly evident, yet the focus on his work as Arditi
was not so much beautifully orchestrated narrations
of the apocalypse, but far grimmer depictions of the
past centuries world conflicts. Field recordings and
speeches were incorporated into Arditi's compositions,
adding a disturbing tone to the predominant military
snare-drums, symphonic arrangements and hypnotic soundscapes.
The suffocating combination between martial classical
arrangements and sombre atmospheres would set Arditi's
debut album as one of the bleakest releases on the
Militaristic Neoclassical movement. "Marching
on to Victory" is now made available again, in
a deluxe black with silver print digipak, featuring
2 bonus tracks.

Lebensgefahr is a side-project of Nattramn (Silencer).
'Transformalin' was recorded during a year of rehabilitation
at Växjö Psychiatric Ward and, unlike Silencer's
Black Metal sound,' is experimental ambient soundscapes
with tortured vocals and dark Industrial beats. Dense
sounds populate each track and haunt the songs with
dank drippings of evil mental traumas. Melancholy
hasn’t been this low in a long time. File next

Íon
is the brainchild of Duncan Patterson (Antimatter,
Anathema) and is named after the Gaelic word for 'pure'.
Although primarily a solo project, a number of guest
musicians are involved in this new venture by the
Ireland-based musician, which hereby explores a more
acoustic, dreamy and organic side to his composition.
Having Irish mysticism and an exotic Mediterranean
backdrop as its essential cornerstones, the project
has slowly evolved into an international venture,
stretching over continents and oceans. The music seems
to elude strict categorisation, and even the apparently
all-encompassing definition of World Music falls short
in defining the ethereal moods that "Madre, Protégenos"
comes to reveal. Presented in a sumptuous, black and
gold foil-blocked, 6-panel digipak.

Mecha
/ Orga is the name chosen by Yiorgis Sakellariou from
Greece. This work, indicated by it's length, was created
one afternoon in February 2006, and played live thereafter
a couple of times. The length becomes the title, and
the listener can come up with his or her own story.
Over the course of the fifty-six minutes and twenty-four
seconds Sakellariou plays a slowly unfolding piece
of Drone music, which grows in intensity throughout.
When you think nothing more can be added, he adds
another layer. And another. And another. Most suitable
to play in the dark, at night. Or during the day,
outside, watching plants grow. Multi-purpose music,
I'd say. Great stuff. Powerful music. [FDW / Vital

For this album, Mathias Josefson collaborated with
colleagues from the Royal University Of Arts, Stockholm,
who provided him with various sound sources. "Sadalsuud"
refers to a star of the same name in the constellation
of Aquarius. The name comes from an Arabic phrase
meaning "the luckiest of them all". Nevertheless
the album is rather earthy-sounding, yet mystical
and surreal, almost claustrophobic at times. The sound
is quite reminiscent of some works by Nurse With Wound,
Maeror Tri or The Hafler Trio, but carries the trademark
Moljebka Pvlse feel. Digipak, Finnish import.

films of Stan Brakhage. The prolific Brakhage (1933-2003)

for this event (26 May 2005, Auditorium Concordia,
Pordenone, Italy) was led by
Sonic Youth's guitarist Lee Ranaldo and also includes
