"Les Sentiers Éternels" is a brand new album of 10 tracks. The work shows further development both in technical refinement and the creative side of the project. The genre borders of Neofolk are broken and we see here a varied mix of many style elements - from pure dark folk guitar ballads to more eclectic conceptual tracks (kraut-rockish psychedelic industrial), from electro-pop / minimal wave, to harsher and more aggressive pieces. "Les Sentiers Éternels" brings Art Abscons' spiritual kinship with American Neofolk project Gnomonclast to a new level and contains various noteworthy contributions from N2 ItinitI and Sasha Feline. This album is a kind of sounding universe strictly based on the principles of Abscons Magik and N2 ItinitI's cabalo-gnostic achievements, and, thus, includes any contradictions the real universe presents us with. Brume is prolific French artist Christian Renou. This is a collection of rare tracks, previously only available on cassette or vinyl. "Anastomose 1 & 2" was previously released as a picture 10" LP by Ant-Zen in 1996 and remastered from DAT-master in March 2013. "Seven Trumpets" was previously released as a cassette by Voluntary Whores in the end of 2012 and remixed, overdubbed in March 2013. "Charlemagne the 33rd" was previously released as a 7" EP called "Charlemagne" by Membrum Debile Propaganda in 1997. Side one was remastered from DAT-master in March 2013. Ltd x 444 copies in an A5 gatefold cover.

The long awaited CD reissue of the brilliant Cult Of Youth debut album, originally released on LP in 2008 (DAIS Records). This American combo now tends to be more root rock oriented, gaining high success in the more mainstream “new angry young men” audience. But this debut work is a pure old school Neofolk, reminding of early days Death In June and Sol Invictus, with young raw power, aggression, extreme sincerity and great catchy melodies. This version has totally new mastering, so the sound is clearly different from the vinyl release. The CD also has 6 bonus tracks including songs from the first 7” and the first CDR on Axiomata as well as a couple of previously unreleased tracks. Ltd x 500 copies in a special foldout envelope with card inner sleeve, and three postcard inserts with lyrics and photos.

DEAD VOICES ON AIR - 'Mawson's Will And Other Stories' CD (Ewers Tonkunst)

DVOA is Mark Spybey (Reformed Faction, ex-Zoviet France). The album is named after a track that Spybey worked on with Robert Hampson (Loop / Main) as part of the 20th anniversary 7" singles series. Douglas Mawson was a famous polar explorer and this 12 minute collaboration with Robert became a focal point for this album. The tracks could perhaps be described as musical narratives, each named after a place or an event or a person that has attracted Spybey’s attention. Some are more obvious than others, “Kursk,” for example being about the Russian submarine disaster. Spybey does not try to create music that is descriptive or literal. For him, the gift of music is in the eye and ear of the listener. The more he makes music, the longer this impossible career progresses, the less he feels like talking about music. He simply makes music. The album also features a cameo appearance by Robin Storey (Rapoon, ex-Zoviet France) and by Utah keyboard player Lori Cole. Ltd x 450 copies in a gatefold digisleeve.

Quaking, roaring and dominating sound constellations from Grodock. This Industrial / Ambient project was created in 2009 and originates from Freiburg (Germany). Manipulated samples paired with waves of synthetic noise drones and atmospheric shreds of everyday sounds form the basis of this release. The Tracks on "CD2 - Verwerfungen" reflect the breadth of the music project and were carefully and sequentially constructed.

Retrospective collection of rare and previously unreleased tracks from 1987 to 1997. JFK is the project of Anthony Di Franco (Ramleh, AX, ex-Skullflower, Ethnic Acid). Originally active between 1987 and 1992, JFK was conceived as an experimental rock band that could create "...a total music, absorbing all possibilities". The JFK sound is a brain-melting clash of electronic rhythms, blazing guitar riffs, warped vocals and walls of feedback. Tracks 9 & 10 were originally released on the "Temple Of Set / Sexodus" 7" (Fourth Dimension, 1992). Tracks 1 to 8 are previously unreleased. Ltd x 300 copies in a digipak.

75+ minutes of freezing cold, depressive Black Ambient, previously only available on limited CDR & cassette pressings. This reissue includes bonus tracks of this extremely rare material from Moloch. Recorded in Winter 2010 at a live ritual: Moloch with Saturn Form Essence, Gjollheimr, Anu and Silver Sphere Moon in Carpathian Mountains with temperature -10/15ºc. Recorded on analogue Tape recorder with mic and then re-mastered at Moloch's studio. The unreleased bonus tracks were part of the rehearsal studio session before the live ritual.

From Cold Cave’s infancy, sexual identity and oblique existentialism have been expressed through biting lyrics and electronic minimalism. Rarely has the human condition been exposed so brazenly as in “Sex Ads”. Melodies, noise and rhythms clash as stories from below the surface are retold. Cold Cave has developed its own brand of genre-defying electronic music, without ever betraying its dark roots. Love and pornography, Industrial music and traditionalism, poetry and profanity all mix together in a hedonistic, cocktail of nihilistic nights and mournful mornings. "Cremations" collects all this work for the first and last time. |
