After the successful collaboration CDs with Contagious Orgasm and Government Alpha, noise giants DAVE PHILLIPS, GX JUPITTER-LARSEN (Haters), ODAL & SUDDEN INFANT were asked to send in raw material to be decomposed and rearranged for the first Zyrtax 7". These 4 tracks were carefully built over the last year and while being very different (Power Electronics, Experimental, Improv), they fit together perfectly on this nice little record. Silver and black sleeve.
This tidy little 7" from Dutch act Zyrtax (aka Johnny Van e Kookwijk of Dead Husbands, Masonic Youth etc) could be inspired by the good old-school Industrial / Experimental of SPK, Esplendor Geometrico and Maurizio Bianchi - representing a constant evolution of 80s loop based industrial into the new millennium.
