Deison / KK Null DEISON / K.K. NULL - 'Into' CD (Silentes Minimal Editions)

New collaboration between Japanese sonic wizard Kazuyuki Kishino (Zeni Geva, Null etc) and Italian noise master Deison. Penetrating 'Hi-tech' music, always on the border between sound, silence and noise. Splinters of sonic fragments, buzzings, electronic hisses, pulsations, hypnotic loops, ambient textures, sudden rays of light. A kaleidoscope of synthetic sounds and digital glitches, in a universe dominated by binary codes, that evolves through the cold-hearted control of sophisticated algorithmic mutations programmed by human entities that already reached a level beyond the borders of our earthly knowledge...

KK Null KK NULL - 'Ergosphere' CD (Blossoming Noise)

"Ergosphere" was recorded live during Kazuyuki Kishino’s (Zeni Geva, etc.) tour of Russia in late 2005, specifically on his only two solo dates, live at Moscow Palace of Youth in Moscow Russia October 5, 2005 and “Festival Hea Uus Heli” Kanuti Gildi Saal in Tallinn Estonia on October 7, 2005.   KK Null / John Wiese KK NULL / JOHN WIESE - 'Mondo Paradoxa' CD (Auf Abwegen)

Constructed over the period of two years via mail collaboration this is a great and forceful collaboration between two artists that each have made a name for themselves with their unique approach to making sound. KK NULL is a master of feedback studies, working with looped scenarios to create dense and vital sound units. He is also the leading force behind proto-metal-group Zeni Geva and the dark-industrial project Absolut Null Punkt. John Wiese creates fragile but very erruptive lo-fi noise rumblings with an almost poetic touch. He has a musical past in the group Bastard Noise. Needless to say, both artists combine the best of both worlds in this crunching release! Comes in beautiful full cover digipak, designed by Government Alpha, with typesetting by John Wiese.

Mainliner MAINLINER - 'Mainliner Sonic CD (Collapsar Records)

Reissue of the 1997 album from this Japanese Space-Psych-Rock group, originally released on Mason Jones' Charnel Music. Makoto Kawabata (Acid Mothers Temple, Tsurubami), Yoshida Tatsuya (Acid Mothers Temple, Ruins, Zeni Geva) and Asahito Nanjo (High Rise). Mainliner Sonic merrily operates under the principle that nothing is not worth doing if not done in ways that make amplifiers sound like they are melting rapidly. Which is something that can be said about a variety of such groups from Japan, but with Makoto Kawabata credited as playing "motor psycho guitar", one can rest assured that it's probably going to sound pretty good! Mainliner find grooves and throttle them until they bleed, with acid freakout chaos. Ltd x 500 copies . Chinese import.

Experimental music ranging from walls of distortion to metal guitars to acoustic pieces and even some electronic assaults. An exotic transmission - graceful, shimmering, like the birth of a million suns.

Tabata TABATA - 'La Vie Electrique: Last Exit To Brainsville' CD (Elsie & Jack Recordings)

The second solo cd from Mitsuru Tabata, founding member of the Boredoms, guitarist in Zeni Geva and now bassist / vocalist in Acid Mothers Temple amongst others, Tabata has once again sprinkled his own brand of moondust all over these recordings. Heavily influenced by memories of Ultraman, this is a trip inside the speeding mind of a 70s child. Not that this is an exercise in charming nostalgia! Tabata strikes a delicate balance between instrumental technique + raw sound manipulation to exorcise the sounds of his past. Liner notes from Tabata himself. Ltd x 500.

Tabata Mitsuru TABATA MITSURU - 'Mankind Spree' CD (Fourth Dimension)

"Mankind Spree" is the latest solo album by Tabata Mitsuru (Acid Mothers Temple, Zeni Geva), which is every bit as good as one may expect from an artist who has the power and vision to soundtrack time folding in on itself whilst simultaneously pushing the psychedelic envelope into realms where melodies, static white crackle and overflowing rivers of electronics converge like the very points where sanity opens its welcoming hands to madness. Featuring several guests, including Acid Mothers Temple's synth player, Higashi Hirosh, "Mankind Spree" comprises seven cuts that cough 'n' splutter over angular rhythms, suck up noise as colourful and beautiful as a perfect rainbow, hit back with some melodic scree and never stray too far from Tabata's keen ear for those rather more avant-strained sensibilities.
