The Norwegian troll (founding member of notorious Black Metal act Emperor) presents 2 long tracks of medieval fantasy music, not unlike Za Frumi or a stripped down, synth version of Dronolan's Tower. The soundtrack for ancient castles filled with forlorn kings looking out upon their lost kingdoms. ZA FRUMI - 'Shrak Ishi Za Migul' CD (Waerloga)
Za Frūmi is Simon Kölle (Musterion, Abnocto) and Simon Heath (Atrium Carceri). "Gathering In The Mist" is the third chapter in the Za Frūmi saga. This is Dark Ambient / Dark Folk / Fantasy music, with dialog in orcish and the language of the elves. A 20-page booklet contains the manuscript (with a helpful English translation) and the story, including what happened in chapter 1 and 2. More than 20 'actors' helped out creating this unique dark fantasy experience. This CD is a step back to 'Za Shum Ushatar Uglakh' but also a great step forward in production. All that love dark fantasy, orcs, elves (Lord Of The Rings) and atmosphere (early Mortiis etc) should own this highly recomended CD!
