The debut album of a Königsberg band Sunset Wings is a wide opened window to the world of Neofolk music. Inspired by pearls of English romantic poetry together with traditional ballads of the British isles and the art of Pre-Raphaelites, this album takes you to a marvelous journey in the land of childhood dreams, sweet sorrow and melancholy. Despite the sorrow of lyrics the music of this album more often than not is rather bright and filled with sweet nostalgic melancholy. With it's particular sound and temperament, Sunset Wings takes it's place among famous Russian dark-folk bands, such as Neutral and Romowe Rikoito.
