Debut album from We Wait For The Snow - a project of Andrea Penso (Selaxon Lutberg) and Simone Zuccolin. The sound is deliberately lo-fi and is created exclusively with economical instruments: acoustic and electric guitars, cheap keyboards, accordion, farfisa, flute and various non-musical objects. The aim is to create a confidential atmosphere through the balance between "dream" and "sadness". There is a sense of precarious balance in the songs, that alternates moments of pure improvisation with much more studied and controlled tracks. The songs are about dreams, lullabies and tales from the forest. For fans of raw, occult and lo-fi recordings, drone music, psych-folk, field recordings, concrete noise and acoustic melodies.
