RUKKANOR - 'Deora (2nd Edition)' CD (War Office Propaganda / Rage In Eden)
The second full-length release by these Polish masters, originally released in 2005 - now reissued for 2007 with new artwork by Michal Karcz. Oriental melodies and rhythms meet live percussion, synthetic beats, ethereal sounds and electro-military marches. Gregorian and Muezzin chants mix with symphonic instruments and jazzy clarinet to make catchy tunes with a touch of darkness. “Faith, religion wars, treason, homicide, all in the name of god.” Digipak.
"Ende" is a retrospective compilation of unpublished tracks from Rukkanor. Five tracks composed during the period of the "Scontum act IV", "Triumvire" and "Despartica" sessions are supplemented with a live track 'Virus Dei' in a new and interesting arrangement.
