Shift is a Swedish Noise artist based in Hampshire, UK and presents grinding and distorted Death Industrial and rhythmic Power Electronics. Operative Permanent is another project of Lirim Cajani (Institut), whose track (mastered by Peter Andersson of Raison D'Etre) is filled with militant vocals and aggressive Power Electronics in the way of Genocide Organ, Whitehouse etc. Limited to 300 hand-numbered copies in a foldout sleeve.
