Moune is a very old word for Moon in an old language that was spoken in Germany. But it’s not German, it’s Friesisch. Helge Siehl is the driving force of 1000schoen since the time he parted ways with the other two former Maeror Tri members. This album shows the more Dark Ambient side of 1000schoen, leaving the rhythmic path behind in favour of menacing sounds of highly personal moon rising visions. The symbol of 1000schoen reflects the celestial bodies of Sun and Moon in inseparable symbiosis, which we can see in all that we can imagine. The world of 1000schoen art and experience moves in this continuum as well. Ltd x 500 copies in a digisleeve.

CISFINITUM - 'Coniunctio' 2 x CD (Ewers Tonkunst)
Cisfinitum is one of the oldest and well-known projects in the Russian industrial scene. This 2CD set contains the tracks from the most gloomy and profound albums of Cisfinitum - "Landschaft" and "Malgyl" (previously unreleased), which were recorded during 1999-2001. The material has been remastered and recompiled to become the new entity called "Coniunctio." Going through the desperate landscapes of today's dying spiritless world, the listener comes into the sacred and surreal inner space of an immaterial land full of light, mysticism and universal melancholy. One of the most beautiful and heartfelt records in the drone ambient style, reminding of the best and saddest Maeror Tri. Second edition in gatefold digisleeve with new artwork.

2nd Edition of this album, originally issued by OEC in 1996. Power for the right side of the brain! Our world is dominated by the left brain hemisphere! MAEROR TRI - 'Meditamentum I' CD (Manifold)
Reissue of this essential collection (originally released on Holonom, 1994). The masterful German drone-guitar trio is now just a memory. But by culling the best tarnished gems from cassettes and compilations, "Meditamentum I" becomes a seamless, darkly grand proclamation of the wordless beauty and sorrow that was Maeror Tri. This album is probably the more ambient of any other Maeror Tri release, going for more textural guitar and drift than the rumbling, backwards-chord sound. Comes in a brown cardboard envelope with embroidered cloth banderole with the MT wheel logo, four-page booklet inside inspired by rough layouts of cassette-years past gives plenty of text to absorb with the sounds.

MAEROR TRI - 'Mind Reversal' CD (Infinite Fog Productions)
Welcome, to the early days of this cult formation! Maeror Tri (1998-1996) were a German trio that used only electric guitars and processing devices to create their floating and static droning soundscapes. Knappe and Gitschel formed Troum, Siehl formed 1000schoen. "Mind Reversal" was recorded 20 years ago, and only backwards-sound was used for this album. This is the fourth edition of this magic album which was released twice on cassette and once on CDr. Now it's the time for a proper CD release! Limited to just 270 copies in a stunning digibook with exclusive art from a talented St Petersburg painter.

MAEROR TRI - 'The A.V.E. - Tapes / Live In Nevers' CD (Zhelezobeton)
Maeror Tri existed from 1988-1996 (members now recording as Troum and 1000schoen). Over those nine years they made a serious contribution to the development of the European post-industrial scene, focusing on the transcendental quality of sound, its ability to expand consciousness and to awaken timeless and non-personal spiritual experiences. They recorded their industrial drone ambient music with the use of guitars, percussion, tape loops, various objects and effects, turning everything in a coherent flux of unconscious drones. This CD contains the last unreleased recordings by Maeror Tri. Four tracks are fragments of the band's 12-hour concert at the Audio-Visual-Experimental festival in Arnhem, Netherlands in November 1995; the fifth track is a part of their performance at the Musique Ultimes festival in Nevers, France in May 1995. The material was remastered from the original DAT tapes by Sergey Uak-Kib (Kshatriy). Ltd x 500 hand-numbered copies in a digifile with artwork by Vresnit.
MAEROR TRI - 'Wheel, Collection Of Rare And Lost' 2 x CD (Waystyx)
This is mainly a collection of long deleted compilation tracks by M.T. that appeared on various MC & CD compilations, along with some previously unreleased material, sorted chronologically by the date of creation / final mastering. All material was collected from various 4-track masters, DAT-masters, compilation tapes & CDs. A generous sample of this project's electronic and semi-industrial music from 1988-1996, using only electric guitars and effects to create these droney ambientscapes, although voice work does surface from time to time. Limited to 432 hand-numbered copies, in a unique wheel-shaped die-cut package, embossed with the band's famous tri-partite 'glyph'. Each copy has unique multi-colored manual print. Stunning!
Like in the good and old tradition of Maeror Tri or Final, this Swedish act headed by Mathias Josefson, brings us liquid dark ambient based upon manipulated guitars and e-bows. Clear but dark layered drones, swathed in heavy bass, and journeying through layers of rippling reverb. Needless to say, a very good late-night listen for those who like trips into sonic, haunted dreamworlds.
For this album, Mathias Josefson collaborated with colleagues from the Royal University Of Arts, Stockholm, who provided him with various sound sources. "Sadalsuud" refers to a star of the same name in the constellation of Aquarius. The name comes from an Arabic phrase meaning "the luckiest of them all". Nevertheless the album is rather earthy-sounding, yet mystical and surreal, almost claustrophobic at times. The sound is quite reminiscent of some works by Nurse With Wound, Maeror Tri or The Hafler Trio, but carries the trademark Moljebka Pvlse feel. Digipak, Finnish import.

NADJA / TROUM - 'Dominium Visurgis' CD (Transgredient)
This is something you could call a "dreamlike liaison". When the Canadian "avant metal / drone doom" duo Nadja and the German post-industrial / experimental drone pioneers Troum (years ago active as Maeror Tri) combine their exceptional styles, they form something even vaster as usually known from them. These three long collaboration tracks were recorded as a result of a spontaneous improvisation in April 2008 "live in the studio" near the Weser-river in Bremen, Germany, and suck you in with their powerful and emotional drone melancholy that works in many micro and macrocosmic ways, using electric and acoustic guitars, bass, accordion, drum-machine and voice. Presented in a stunning 8-panel digipak with copper / black print.

TROUM - 'Nargis' 7" (Viva Hate Records)
A continuation of Maeror Tri, this is dark, moody, contemplative ambient / drone material. "The first half of this single still sounds like Troum, but is unlike anything we've heard from them, strange looped high end guitar, what sounds like backwards chords, almost choral vocals, dramatic and haunting and cinematic... over a distant grinding low end tone drifting way off in the background, washed over by epic sweeping swells.. The other side is a bit more raw and intense, a seriously corrosive guitarscape, distorted and crumbling chordal buzz, looped and layered into a strange glacial riff... it manages to be intense and fierce but also gloriously washed out and blissful." TROUM - 'Ryna' CD (Transgredient)
This is the much-welcomed re-release of Troum's debut album, first released in an edition of 500 copies on Myotis Records in October 1998. "Troum is the next step in the evolution of Maeror Tri, taking the highly processed guitar ambiance of their previous venture and channeling it through a more tumultuous, volatile outlet... The general feel of the sounds here is reminiscent of the earth moving, tectonic plates in constant shuffle, the tracks building and then either shifting or worn away via attrition. It‘s as if Maeror Tri learned to fly through ingenuity, smoke and mirrors, while Troum has taken the ingenuity, smoke and mirrors and, somehow, grown wings." [Side-Line]. TROUM - 'Seeing-Ear Gods' CD (Zoharum)
"Seeing-Ear Gods' is the re-issue of the obscure CDR which saw the light of the day 5 years ago on Discorporeality Recordings (Ltd x 200). Here it is repackaged in a 6-panel digipak and gloriously remastered by Anders Peterson (Ghost Sounds mastering studio) responsible for dusting off other Troum / Maeror Tri releases. "Seeing-Ear Gods" is quite minimalist and hence very hypnotic, working on the subconscious level. It demonstrates how to create a mind blowing atmosphere with very little sounds.
