"Andrea Borghi's solo album is ultimately more rewarding for its (relative) sparseness, with some unspectacular but extremely effective laptop treatments adding some fizz to his thrummed fuzz bass jams. It's still a case of listening to how the sound of the bass, rather than the sound of Borghi playing the bass, interfaces with the technology.
