RALF WEHOWSKY - 'The Pleasure Of Burning Down Churches' CD (Black Rose Recordings)
The title of the CD dates back to the mid 90s when RLW was travelling around Vietnam and met an American veteran soldier. He talked about the churches he bombed during the War, with great enthusiasm and was extremely pleased to show him some of the ruins... leading to the title of this work. RLW utilises his trademark electro-acoustic sounds alongside field recordings, musique concrete, industrial, microsounds and improv. Features Kouhei Matsunaga. Digipak.

RAMLEH - 'Switch Hitter / The Machines Of Infinite Joy' 10" (Black Rose Recordings / Broken Flag)
The first new material from the legendary Ramleh since 1998 and it doesn't disappoint. Powerful droning intensity, motorik rhythms and warped guitar riffs dominate these two songs with one containing Ramleh's distinctive distorted vocals weaving in and out of this inventive chemistry. "Switch Hitter" could almost be described as a full on dissonant rock track, but Ramleh's desire for experimentation and improvisation lifts it way above the general rock mindset. Ramleh have not lost any of their energy, excitement and ability to explore all possibilities. A very welcome return for Anthony Di Franco (Novatron, ex-Skullflower), Gary Mundy (Toll, ex-Skullflower). Presented in a j-card sleeve. Ltd x 500 copies. ACT FAST!
