Nordvargr's (MZ. 412, Folkstorm etc) ominous Toroidh joins forces with Arditi, the bastard child of Puissance. Together, these Swedish powerhouses bring us a masterpiece of bombastic orchestral mayhem. Sheer beauty and brutality! Repress in a stunning 6-panel silver print on black card digi-sleeve with new artwork.
The highly anticipated new album by the Swedish duo (Henry Möller of Puissance and Marten Björkman) is finally upon us. The sense of determination that echoes through their music and which has brought them to the forefront of Martial / Industrial Neo-Classical scene has stayed untouched. "Omne Ensis Impera" introduces an additional strength to Arditi's compositions - epic orchestral loops and thunderous percussions are granted a more prominent role, stirring the damp and suffocating ambiance that the duo have always produced so well with their use of ominous synths, obscure speeches and mesmerizing narrations. "Omne Ensis Impera" could well be a modern interpretation of the Futurist's goal of glorifying warfare to an artistic expression beyond its inherent violence and intrinsic sense of heroism. Mastered by Kamrat Nordvargr (MZ. 412, Toroidh etc), who also contributed to additional arrangements on a couple of tracks. Ltd x 300 copies on black vinyl.
ARDITI - 'Standards Of Triumph' CD (Equilibrium Music)
Boasting the unique personality of Swedish combo H. Möller (Puissance) and M. Björkman, "Standards of Triumph" taps further into the darker tones of Militaristic Neoclassical ambiance that has become the band's trademark, resulting in their strongest effort so far - ever effective in their use of crushing orchestrations and evocative speeches, Arditi hereby drags the listener around muddy trenches, leaving aside overly pompous festive marches or alcohol fuelled merry bunker songs which seem to have become the norm as of late, and casting an hypnotizing veil over the turmoil of warfare-inspired Industrial soundscapes. Digipak.

ARDITI / SIGNA INFERRE - 'Statues Of Gods / Invictis Victi Victuri' Black 10" (Equilibrium Music)
3 exclusive tracks from each band! For "Statues of Gods", Arditi tap into ancient Nordic traditions and incorporate them in their militaristic anthems. The characteristically oppressive soundscapes, pounding percussion and powerful orchestrations are represented in new shades, as elements of Nordic folk music shape Arditi's pieces into slow-motion medieval dances and ceremonial tributes to times past. "Invictis Victi Victuri" is the first release by Signa Inferre. Although the project has only recently surfaced, the maturity displayed in their pieces should quickly earn them a favorable position in the Neo-Classical / Martial Industrial scene. Leaving behind the typical insipid blending of samples lifted from Classical music recordings and looped ad nauseam, Signa Inferre's work develops in fluid and continuous progression, giving birth to fully accomplished epic scores brimming with martial beauty.
